Partnership with the Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the АТО (АПВА): United for Meaningful Change

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the АТО (АПВА)—a leading organization dedicated to the reintegration of veterans into the business community and cultivating a new business elite among them since 2016. This partnership marks a natural evolution of our long-standing collaboration.
Our journey began with educational initiatives spearheaded by RNRS Solutions co-founders Nelia Protsiuk and Olha Bazurina, and has now grown into a strategic alliance. Together, we aim to build an ecosystem where veterans can access essential knowledge, resources, and the support of like-minded individuals who understand their unique challenges.
“For us, corporate responsibility means creating a positive impact on society through our core expertise. With significant experience in recruitment, working with veterans is a natural extension of our efforts. Our mission is to support them at every stage of their business journey by providing effective teams and the resources they need for success,” — Nelia Protsiuk, RNRS Solutions.
We believe that modern business is about more than just profit. It’s also about contributing to societal development. Our vision is to become leaders in recruitment for Ukrainian veteran-owned businesses, as successful reintegration of veterans is essential not only for their well-being but also for Ukraine’s economic recovery.
Through this collaboration with Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the АТО (АПВА), we aim to amplify the voice of veterans in the business environment, raise awareness of their needs, and foster greater inclusion and support from the state and society.
“Looking back on our shared journey, we understand that together, we can overcome any challenges. Each of us brings unique knowledge and resources to the table, forming a fruitful collaboration that promotes veterans’ reintegration while fostering the growth of Ukrainian business and society,” — Serhii Pozniak, Association of Entrepreneurs-Veterans of the АТО (АПВА) Chairman.
